Our Story

The heart behind Halo & Harmony began long before the brand ever existed. Halo & Harmony grew from my own journey of loss, discovery, and healing.

I lost my mom to cancer when I was just 9 years old. Growing up without her, while also watching other cherished loved ones leave this world far too soon, shaped the way I viewed life and health. For years, I thought dying young was simply normal. It wasn't until I got older and saw people thriving well into their 80s, 90s, and beyond that I realized there's a deeper story.

I began learning more about how what we consume—through our minds, bodies, and spirits—can influence our overall well-being. That journey eventually led me to holistic wellness, natural healing, and a deeper appreciation for the herbs and plants that have been used for generations.

My faith is at the center of that journey. I believe God has already placed so much of what we need here in nature, and that our bodies have an incredible ability to heal, restore and find balance when we learn how to truly support them. When you realize that most pharmaceutical drugs are all derived from a plant, why not cut out the middle man and go straight to the source.

That belief became Halo & Harmony.

I created this brand to make herbal wellness feel approachable, intentional, and easy to incorporate into everyday life. But this is about more than herbs and wellness products. It's about reconnecting people with knowledge our ancestors understood, encouraging us to become more intentional about how we care for ourselves, and creating healthier habits and rituals.

My greatest hope is simple: more life, more memories, and more time with the people we love.
